Are you looking for a deeply rewarding and impactful role in sports therapy within social care?Norwood is currently recruiting a full time Physical Activity Lead to join the Complimentary services team to lead with the sports/sports therapy provision for adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism within Ravenswood Village. Our fantastic site near Crowthorne, is made up of eleven residential homes, set within a rural site which boosts an activity centre, hydrotherapy pool and horse-riding centre.This role involves working closely with the Physical Activity Practitioner in conjunction with other professionals when required. To deliver and plan wellbeing and physical activity programmes, in response to the needs of the people we support in the village. This can be facilitating group and 1:1 sessions, to provide a person centred service.
