A leading manufacturer and supplier of abrasives and accessories to the automotive, marine, woodworking, DIY, metal, aeronautical and composite industries, since 1995 is looking fora bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans), Group Financial Manager.Job OverviewPerforming and updating of cash flow forecast on a daily / weekly / monthly basis:Accurate and timeous reporting on cash flow forecastAnalysis of variances between forecast and actual cash flow, to mitigate potential riskDaily / weekly / monthly checking of foreign procurement department:Reconciliation of foreign suppliersReconciliation of foreign exchange variancesChecking of foreign purchases against supporting documentationOverseeing the annual budgeting process including rolling budgets / forecastsProviding support to the Group CFO and operational finance team as and when required.SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting (or similar);3 Years article with medium size firmMinimum of 2 to 3 years commercial experienceAdvanced excel- must be able to do pivot tables, VLOOK UP's, etcProficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysisGood communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial concepts into clear, concise insightsStrategic mindset to identify opportunities and mitigating risks.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial dataAttention to detail and accuracyExperience with foreign creditors and foreign exchange (advantageous)Up to date knowledge of full IFRS (advantageous)Must be able to work under pressureMust be a self-motivated.Must be able to work alone and in a team environment.Fluent Afrikaans & EnglishApply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
