Duties:Manage, implement, and support Print Management Systems in enterprise settingsUtilize your excellent knowledge in Windows Server to ensure smooth operations.Demonstrate expertise in the enterprise Print Management Environment.Adhere to ITIL practices for effective service management.Perform operational maintenance of Print Servers for multiple clients.Handle software maintenance, installation, and testing.Meet SLA contractual deliverables to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Manage capacity effectively to optimize system performance.Assist in planning and monitoring system utilization and capacity.Compile reports such as Health Checks on Server Infrastructure for clients.Engage in project and capacity planning on Server Infrastructure.Create comprehensive Solutions Technical Designs and maintain up-to-date documentation.Provide support and troubleshooting for Desktop OS and Applications related to printing.Administer and troubleshoot user accounts, profiles, and directoriesUtilize Active Directory for resolving issues related to GPOs, Logon scripts, and user management.Requirements:Matric / Grade 12Must be certified in: o MCSE SERVER 2012 or laterAn Advantageo ITIL V3 Foundationo Other Print Management Systems like Equitrac, Control Suite, MyQ, Papercut. o Other Device Management Systems like FM Audit, MPS Monitor & HP Web Jetadmin o SQL Server Administration Should you nt receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
