This role involves:Costing and gross profit management for Howden ProjectsReal-time cost reporting vs tender and budgetAccurate full project forecastsPOC revenue recognition monthlyControl of project funding for positive cash outcomesIdentification and control of Compensation eventsKey Controls:Key control tasks include:Generating and forecasting project cash flowEstablishing project master scheduleDeveloping project implementation programmeControlling resource man-hours peak levelPerforming risk analysis of project schedule and estimateDeveloping work scope and packaging strategiesDeveloping project control proceduresProject Financial Management:Cost engineering is predictive, while cost accounting is retrospective. Manpower and costs are closely monitored to control the budget.Project Change Control:Change control procedures are critical for managing project scope changes.
