Duties&Responsibilities Evaluation of supplier proposals on both a commercial and technical level. Ensure placement of all purchase orders as requested by Client. Ensure accuracy of all purchase order details in line with Client PO and supplier quote. Ensure timeous execution of Purchase orders and alert to logistics and expediting of order placed. Ensure all purchase order requirements are completed to finalise delivery of goods in line with lead time quoted. Accurate record keeping and reporting of all purchase order details and queries. Ensure supplier meets all milestones set. Ensure suppliers are paid timeously to ensure on-time deliveries. Issuing of PO collection instructions as required to move goods as required. Responsibility and accountability for the development and maintenance of accurate information systems for the purpose of effective management (SAP) Desired Experience&Qualification Formal industry related qualification Good understanding of both commercials. Minimum of 5 years operations experience within supply chain environment. Minimum of 3 years work experience on a mining site.
