In this role, you be working closely with the Head of Lendingwith the development, management and optimisation of lending products and services. Qualification and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of experience in product management, fintech and orbanking Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Lending Propositions in the development and execution of product strategies for lending products. Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business objectives and customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product development initiatives. Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless user experience and product reliability. Analyse data related to lending products, such as customer behaviour, usage metrics, and performance indicators, to inform decision-making. Provide support to customers using lending products, including answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback. Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
