For more information:www.sapiens.com . We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing campaigns and activities within the African region. This role is pivotal in driving growth and profitability through creative and effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented individual who thrives on collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and sales opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is growth-minded and passionate about leading the marketing activities for a solution portfolio by working closely across the marketing, sales, and products teams to promote lead generation and create cross-sell/sell opportunities. The position requires a deep understanding of enterprise and B2B marketing, preferably experience in insurance industry. This individual is expected to serve as a focal point for all marketing activities at a regional level&develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across teams to create a unified marketing vision for our product sets and business segments. Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience, driving them to action. Present innovative ideas and projects persuasively across various formats. Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, programmes, and communications swiftly and seamlessly. Lead by example, taking charge of campaign results and continuously striving for marketing excellence. Develop a deep understanding of market challenges, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to position our solutions effectively. Build integrated marketing campaigns that align closely with sales objectives, and spearhead content and media strategies to boost market awareness and lead generation. Adapt strategies based on analytical insights to ensure marketing effectiveness and relevance. Requirements: 12-15 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in Insurance/Financial Services. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with remote teams.
