Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our senior analysts to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity, including threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management. This is an exciting entry-level position for someone passionate about cybersecurity and eager to kick-start their career in this dynamic field. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential threats or suspicious activities. Assist in the analysis of security incidents to determine their nature and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and remediate security incidents in a timely manner. Participate in security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM , IDS/IPS, antivirus, and firewalls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar) are a plus but not required.
