The Change Management Consultant should at least have 5 years’ experience in Change Management for IT Related Projects.1.1. Purpose of the post:To develop and Implement Change Management Strategies and Plans.Development of communication plan specifically for the project.Planning change management activities.Development of Training PlanManagement of Change, Communication and Training PanSupporting organisational leadership through the change process.Development and Implementation of Change embedding strategy and plan1.2 Description of tasksThe key tasks for a Change Management Consultant include and not limited to:Assessing an organization’s readiness for changeTailoring communication strategically to get the right messages to the right people in a way that will be received as well as possible.Building buy-in across the entire organizationLeveraging digital adoption tools to speed up the transition process and contextualize a transformation for the internal teamAssessing and prioritizing feedback from those affected by the changeAssess effectiveness of the change management planContinuous updating of the change management planManaging organisational change across the lifecycle of the project.1.3.
