Key Responsibilities:Service Line Strategy and Thought LeadershipBusiness ManagementContract ManagementClient relationship managementReportingClient ServiceContribution / CollaborationEnsures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager​Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage (development area)​Develops basic Solutions knowledge​PnLEnsures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available​Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the South African marketEducation:School: MatricA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an honors degree would be an advantage)Experience:Minimum 5 years’ Market research agency experience in client facing roleThorough knowledge of the service line’s core researchStrong innovative research and analytic skills.Qualitative experienceBusiness Acumen – business leader, entrepreneurial, financial perspectiveStrong sales and negotiation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
