An Executive Management Program course e.g. Wits MAP or Gibs PMD or similar is very desirable. Proven Technical Leadership skills. Proven Business Management skills. Successful candidate with grow to be involved in all aspects of the business. Management of technical personnel including annual review process. Ensure safety standards are defined and met. Develop Technical team’s careers and training levels. Technical team scheduling and productivity. Project Management for new product development. Project Management of site installation and commissioning work. Perform design functions for new and existing systems. Production technical oversight of Systems, Sub-systems, and Assemblies. R&D for product improvement. Conceptualizing new products. Prototyping to MVP stage. Putting forward the business case for further development. Responsibility for hardware and software development for new and existing analysers. Configuration management and protection of IP. Process Improvement Planning and implementation. Remote and On-site support and servicing of PAS analyser systems. Installation, commissioning, and training functions on customer sites. Maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met. Delivering technical papers at Conference. Documentation functions. Quality control functions.
