As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Sales Operations Manager to join our team and drive our success to new heights. Responsibilities Include Conduct regular trade visits with representatives, merchandisers, and clients to ensure market presence and engagement. Address and communicate urgent matters promptly on a daily basis to maintain smooth operations. Manage direct reports, operations, sales, and customer interactions effectively, ensuring timely resolution of related queries. Leverage data to proactively identify business opportunities and implement data-driven decisions for growth and efficiency. Maintain and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Oversee cycle briefing, feedback, feedforward, and cycle development meetings to align team efforts with business goals. Participate in relevant national meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions. Effectively communicate relevant information to required team. Manage the top line sales figures nationally as per KPI’s. Track performance and measure and report on sales&merchandising objectives. Analyse the reps sales figures and guide them how/which customers to offer sales strategy. In order to reach targets aligned to KPI’s. Understand each brands sales and merchandising strategy to keep sales reps aligned to the required goals and KPI’s of each brand. Action operational exception reports. Efficiently activate the “Know your customer” strategy, and maintain the data integrity. Manage the compliance against Trade Marketing and Client campaigns. Cross functional communication between all departments internally and externally. Check staff calendar to make sure all appointments are adhered to. Do spot check on Repforce what time they finished previous day. Organise and facilitate weekly Sales meeting which includes, preparation of reports and agendas for the meeting. Accurately and timeously submit expense claims. Management of client trade visits. Prepare a KPI dashboard report for each brand on a monthly basis. Continuously review and manage the allocated budget. Requirements Minimum of a Degree (NQF level 7) in Sales, Business Management, Marketing Management and/or related fields. WSET or liquor-related qualification would be beneficial. 5 + years experience within a sales-related role, inclusive of management experience and preferably within the FMCG environment and/or the liquor industry. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Effective Problem Solving and Customer Orientation.
