Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a relevant tertiary qualificationA Chartered Accountant (SA) would be idealMinimum 10 years experience in a comparable Finance Manager position is essentialMust have good communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners (distributors, clients)Strong organisational and project management skills are important for this roleMust be computer literate and SAP proficientThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operations and expenditures.Developing plans for short-term and long-term financing.Managing banking relationships for maximum efficiency and overseeing daily banking activities.Managing the financial system for maximum productivity.Ensuring monthly and yearly closing processes.Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts.Establishing and maintaining accounting and control procedures.Interacting with auditors and analyzing results.Liaising with tax authorities and consultants to ensure compliance.Coordinating annual reports and preparing financial sections.Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.Supervising monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses.Performing cost analysis and cost accounting for all products.Collaborating with Product Management and Purchasing Team on financial impact and cost variations.Preparing financial simulations for new and modified products.Preparing Management Account and analysis for leadership support.Developing regular reporting and analysis, including dashboards.Ensuring financial management reporting tools and processes support business needs.Submitting timely and quality Management Reporting into the Group system.Leading the annual budget process.Supporting and advising the General Manager in budget target definition.Managing financial modeling and analysis for long-term strategic initiatives.Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, invoices, and other accounting documents.Monitoring annual and monthly operating budgets for all departments.Analyzing revenue, OPEX, and *** needs.Leading corporate processes, including BoD, financial statements approval, and BoD resolutions, in collaboration with external lawyers if necessary.Leading IT functions with service provider support to ensure data protection and efficient software use.Coordinating procurement and hardware management.Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating the finance team.Identifying and supporting development needs of team members.Ensuring clear objectives, job descriptions, and performance reviews for team members.Streamlining the organization for efficiency, reducing unnecessary headcount and injecting new expertise.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
