Focus on the correct personalities to join the team. This is portfolio project work. To bring in like minded people with the right personality that they can build and execute on core risk skills. This will suit someone from consulting as its generally less structured than other evironments. Risk professionals can come from consulting, FS, Insurance with a history of problem solving. Look at Big 4 consutling firms as an ideal. Key descriptors are resilient agile problem solvers. Look at CT and JHB for potential candidates at SM and M level – noting there will be travel. There is potentially 1 candidate at associate level that is earmarked.
