What we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced sales representative to assist in expanding our customer base through consistent lead generation and cultivation. The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, attending events across South Africa to collect leads, and ultimately connecting leads with the right salesperson to close the deal. To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.What does the job involve Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (eg: LinkedIn, Apollo, Hubspot, etc) Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the following steps. Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects. Identifying new sales opportunities and potential growth areas Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework (eg: BANT) and passing the qualified leads to the Business Development Executives with the objective of closing the sale. Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Saas Sales Experience working with Accountants is a bonus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Proven success of hitting targets Benefits Health insurance Lunch allowance Gym allowance This role is Remote in South Africa#J-18808-Ljbffr
