We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Development Manager based in Johannesburg, Gauteng Industry: Property Development Level: Senior Management Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven track record of successful property development projects from inception to completion. • Extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. • Strong understanding of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes. • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation for property development projects. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with investors, clients, contractors, and government agencies. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative development strategies. • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus.
