Job Description: The purpose of the role is to execute coordination, monitoring and following up on the complete shipping process from order receipt to shipment. This will include all administration processes and dealing with internal and external service providers. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Liaise with Demand planners in terms of stock availability Liaise with Demand Planners in terms of MTO chips production and maintain the schedule The depot plan is generated from this Communicate with DC’s in order to plan picking and loading Ensuring constant communication with all relevant parties Plan orders to maximise the truck using top-up orders where necessary The daily export schedule is sent to the planning department BB dates are sent to the customers before delivery takes place Plan orders that are received from LSS for the subs, orders that are on the open orders report and anything else received from logistics Manage orders to invoicing MTO chips Job Requirements: Matric/Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Knowledge of Export Control Regulations At least 2 years’ experience in Export/Import Administration African experience will be highly advantageous Road and Sea Freight experience essential A relevant Certificate/Diploma in Logistics or International Freight ERP System knowledge i.e. SAP or Export Docs or SARS – Customs Job Details: Company: AVI Limited Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
