Prepare precise technical designs, drawings, and diagrams using (CAD) Software based on design specifications. Execute designs and implement infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads geometrics design and contributing to multi-disciplinary projects. Take a leadership role in small to medium-sized projects, optimizing revenue-generating work and ensuring service excellence. Uphold compliance with the Quality Management System and actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sector. Mentor junior staff members to foster professional growth and skill development. Assist in the preparation of bids to support business development initiatives.Skills & Experience:Minimum of 10 years' experience in roads geometric design using tools such as Civil Designer or Civil 3D.Expertise in designing rural and urban roads, with an additional advantage of experience in pavement and/or hydrology design.Further advantage if experienced in preparing tender documentation and overseeing contract administration specifically related to roads projects.Qualification: BSc/BTech (Registered with ECSA preferably).Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
