This is a challenging and rewarding role that requiresstrong leadership, technical, and communication skills.Responsibilities:Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectationsand appraising their performanceAdminister and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including the configuration of ExchangeOnline, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and backup of the IT systems and networks. Implement and enforce IT policies and standards, such as data protection, cybersecurity, anddisaster recovery.Provide guidance and direction to IT staff on higher level technical problems. Evaluate and recommend new IT solutions and technologies to improve the IT operations andservices.Prepare and manage the IT budget and expenses, and report on the IT activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. At least five years of experience in IT management or administration, preferably in a similarindustry or organization.Strong knowledge and skills in IT systems and applications, such as Windows, Linux, MicrosoftOffice, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, etc.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Certifications in IT management, such as ITIL, CITM, or CISM, are preferred.This position is fully remote, but candidates must be able to work EST hours to ensure alignment with our team and clients.
