Customer Liaison Specialist – Sandton, Johannesburg.Are you highly organised, love liaising confidently with clients with a professional demeanour and have your own transport to work in Sandton?This role is the “face” of the company!Conference Specialist will be required to exercise the utmost professionalism and attention to detail for handling client bookings.Working hours 08H00 to 17H00 for 3 weeks & every 4th week 09H00 to 18H00Minimum Requirements:Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageousMinimum 3 years’ experience in administration and customer serviceComputer literate – Word and ExcelExcellent command of the English language – spoken and writtenHighly organisedA vibrant clear voiceEnergetic personaOwn transportDuties and Responsibilities:Respond to emails and action requests such as booking conferences, as requested via email or telephonicallyAssist clients with questions, queries & requestsResponsible for issuing, editing, or deleting passcodes managing this account maintenanceWorking in a shared email boxAcceptance of booking requestsManage and being fully responsible for all bookings from inception to completionSetup of system for the conference call required by the clientAccuracy in ensuring the booking details are correct and no customer accounts are blocked on the systemLoad booking on the inhouse system paying careful attention to all detailsCorresponding with third party service suppliers for any event as requiredRun tests to ensure everything is working smoothlyAction any dial outs assignedMonitoring and doing lead on assigned conferences callsScanning active conferencesAnswer any calls throughout the day including Investor Relation callsTransferring Clients to their callsBeing lead operator on any Investor Relation callResponsible for post mortem of conference (all as requested by client)Send recording to client and for transcriptSetup recording for playbackSend Participant listSend transcript to client once received#J-18808-Ljbffr
