Position Overview: The candidate will serve as an HR Generalist in the South African market, acting as a liaison between the Local Market and the Cluster. They will ensure that guidelines, best practices, and procedures are properly implemented and, if necessary, adapted locally. They will manage all strategic and operational HR-related aspects. The candidate will actively ensure that staff embody and promote the true values and DNA of PANDORA. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: guide and support hiring managers in selecting and hiring the best talents in the Retail local market. Talent Development : Identify employees with high potential ready for talent exchanges, job rotations, and promotions. Learning and Induction : Lead learning processes and induction activities, providing coaching and support for on-the-job learning. Organizational Analysis : Assess organizational needs in terms of structure, staffing, competencies, opportunities, and weaknesses. Internal Communication: Manage internal communication regarding Performance&Reward policies and processes, including base and variable compensation, benefits, health, and well-being. Local Payroll&Administration Management: Oversee general issues related to contracts, policies, and administrative activities, ensuring the correct use of the   Time&Attendance system, and managing administrative tasks and practices. Compensation&Benefits: Manage Compensation&Benefits plans in line with company strategy, track related invoices/purchase orders, and co-manage the related budget. Analysis and Reporting: Provide all required analyses, reports, and documentation with relevant storage. Execution Focus: Serve as the point of contact for labor law cases, Health and Safety, local public labor offices. HR Compliance and operations: Act as the HR Compliance owner for the relevant population. Reporting&Data Insights: Support discussions on company best practices and assist in change management projects. Team Management Responsibility: Manage facilities and office administration. Requirements: +3 years of previous experience in the role within an international organization. Previous experience in Retail industry is nice to have. In-depth knowledge of HR Management best practices. Solid understanding of principles and practices related to personnel administration and south african labour law.
