Capital Growth Specialist (JB4554) R25 000 per month basic plus allowances Johannesburg, Gauteng Permanent A leading provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail community is looking for an experienced and driven Capital Growth specialist to focus on promoting and selling their capital-specific products across various industries. As the capital growth specialist, you individual will play a critical role in supporting their sales and service teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory while also providing support to other territories as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, attention to detail, relationship-building skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent presentation skills. Minimum Requirements: Matric Degree or diploma in sales / Business Management (Advantageous) A minimum of 5 years experience selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of finance At least 5 years experience in the banking industry (preferred) At least 5 years in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on capital-specific products and services Vehicle and valid driver's license Willingness to travel MS Office proficient Duties: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for capital-specific products to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of capital-specific products and services. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of audiences, showcasing the value of our Capital-specific products. Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital-specific products. Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
