We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Agile Team. As a QA Engineer in the Agile Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, design test plans, and implement quality assurance processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 5 to 7 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques Hands-on experience with project management tools, for example JIRA and Xray Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions Hands-on experience with Windows applications and Web applications Knowledge of software development life cycles Experience with defect management software and procedures Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation cycles Financial Sector experience preferred This is a permanent position based in Johannesburg , however, it offers remote working options with flexible hours to support North American time zones.
