Financial Manager (JB4763) Paulshof, Johannesburg (Office Based) R50 000 - R60 000 CTC per month Permanent Seeking a skilled Financial Manager to effectively manage the finances for 3 entities within a group of companies with the support of the finance team and Directors. This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle complex financial operations and provide key insights to drive financial success. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably managing the finances of multiple companies or brands within a group structure. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate finance principles. Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management for multiple entities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations for multiple entities within the group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations. Consolidate financial reports and create clear financial summaries for the group, providing strategic recommendations based on financial performance. Develop and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the group's overall objectives. Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data for all entities. Monitor cash flow, funding, and capital requirements for the group and individual entities. Implement and maintain strong internal controls across all financial processes to safeguard the assets of the group. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial analysis, insights, and decision support to drive business performance. Mentor and manage a team of financial staff, ensuring continuous improvement and development of the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
