Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5 Responsible for taking inbound demand (e.g., general banking, card service, home loans, Biz Direct, Segment Banking, Self Service Banking, email, VAF, limits and authorisations, origination, sales, lost or stolen card cancellations) from clients (e.g., email, telephone, letter, social media, etc.) To sense what problems clients, want resolved in order to improve the capability of response.
