Are you a self-managed dynamic professional PA looking for a new challenge and career opportunity? Our Client based in Woodstock requires your executive skills to assist their two Directors. We require an individual who has excellent computer skills, advanced Excel, PowerPoint&Google Suites. Must be proactive, able to think one step ahead at all times. REQUIREMENTS Matric, bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Unique Requirements High Availability: Must be available 16 hours a day for approximately 20% of the year and 12 hours a day for 30% of the year. The remaining time offers more flexibility. Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment with a Managing Director who excels in networking, deal structuring, and business development. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling rapid changes and seizing opportunities as they arise. Proactive Approach: Must be able to anticipate needs and act swiftly. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to react quickly and efficiently. DUTIES Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, emails, and phone calls. Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Managing Director. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties. Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects. Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and social gatherings. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Oversee office supplies and equipment. Ensure the executive office is well-maintained and runs smoothly.
