Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote IT support Provide ongoing network and systems maintenance and administration Review, analyse, and remedy faults and security issues Further knowledge and education in-house, gaining expertise in the products offered Install and configure various software and hardware Spec and build systems to company specifications/guidelines Maintain thorough records including to admin staff for invoicing purposes Willing to work afterhours and weekends when needed Requirements: Valid grade 12 Senior Certificate Competency in matric mathematics IT-related training course (6 months to 1 year) Basic knowledge of computer networking and computer administration tools Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Task orientated and deadline driven Own vehicle and valid drivers license a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
