The role of a Business Manager is to grow and develop a portfolio of clients within a diverse, commercial segment of business banking clients. Responsibilities: Develop relationships and add value to clients through a deep understanding of their businesses and identifying tailor-made solutions to meet needs. Achieve targets by developing and implementing account plans for clients. Target new business. Education, Skills&Experience: Preferably a BCom or similar commercial qualification and relevant FAIS. 8-10 years experience in a relationship sales role within business or commercial banking. This role will suit a commercially astute relationship business banker, who does not shy away from client acquisition and who truly aims to add long-term value to clients through entrenching relationships.
