The role focuses on Waste Water Treatment projects and reports directly to the Project Manager. Main responsibilities: Supervise and manage performance of pre/post contract management of Waste Water/ Sewage Treatment Projects Lead a team or Engineers Liaise with the client and contractors and advise on any contractual/legal matter Monitor job costs and progress against budget Oversee methods and outputs of the project to ensure required quality standards are achieved at minimum cost Obtain client sign-off in case of any variations and ensure compliance of regulations Manage procurement strategies, standards, policies, procedures and best practices. Requirements Contract Manager to have a minimum of 15 years’ experience (i.e., post-graduate experience) minimum 3-year Diploma in the Built Environment. Minimum 2-4 water treatment projects are handle. Membership of a recognized International Professional Body e.g. MRICS, MCIOB Expertise in contracts management, contracts administration, claims and disputes Familiar with Primavera P6/ Primavera Contracts Management "Expedition" Consultant experience is required Previous Waste Water Treatment/Sewage Treatment project experience is advantageous Ideally Middle East experience Certification is compulsory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
