We have an exciting National Operations Manager opportunity for one of the world’s largest global independent bookmakers which provides a full portfolio of online, mobile betting and gaming with a national retail store footprint. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the national retail chain, implementing procedures that drive shop turnover, ensuring productivity performance of tellers, managing marketing material setup, driving product performance through new processes and products, supporting the cash control manager in auditing store procedures, managing in-store loyalty programs, overseeing in-store TV displays, controlling paper usage, and managing costs within budget. You will also be responsible for new store openings and project implementations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive shop turnover and achieve sales targets. Monitor teller productivity and performance, providing coaching or training as needed. Coordinate the setup and placement of marketing material in the shops to enhance visibility and attract customers. Identify opportunities to introduce new processes and products to increase product performance. Assist the cash control manager in auditing store procedures during visits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage the in-store loyalty program, including registration, promotions, and tracking of customer rewards. Ensure that in-store TVs display the correct product information and promotions for customers to conduct betting. Control the use of paper in the shops and implement cost management strategies to stay within budget. Oversee new store openings and project implementations, such as the installation of Fixed Odds Betting Terminals, Limited Payout Machines, and Self Service Betting Terminals. (FOBTs, LPMs, and SSBTs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful launch of new projects and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, key metrics, and objectives achievement. Requirements: Business degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 5 years’ experience in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency, or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ experience in the betting industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
