Job Title: Regional Channel ManagerLocation: JohannesburgWe are looking for an outstanding and passionate Channel Sales Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing company in the Renewable Energy space located in Johannesburg. Job Description: As the Regional Channel Manager, your primary objective is to spearhead business expansion by establishing and nurturing a network of channel partners within your designated region. You will be at the forefront of identifying, recruiting, and managing new channel partners, while also cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing partners. Your role will be pivotal in driving partner-led sales initiatives to achieve and surpass predefined targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the designated region.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the channel partner network and market reach.Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support and guidance as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively promote business offerings.Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports to management.Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, addressing partner and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in channel management, partner relationship management, or sales roles within the ICT and Reseller industry.Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and sales processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Travel and expense reimbursement.If you are a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth through strategic channel management, we encourage you to apply for the Regional Channel Manager position.
