We are currently recruiting a Roll Operator for a 3- 6 month contract position in Elandsfontein that meets the following requirements: Qualification, Experience & Requirements:Grade 12Additional technical training or certification in machining or manufacturing processes (Preferred)Proven experience as a roll operator or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environmentProficiency in operating rolling machines and equipment, with a strong understanding of rolling processes and techniquesMust be attention to detailAble to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently4Excellent attention to detail and quality standards, with a commitment to producing accurate and consistent resultsEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlinesOverhead Crane operational proficiencyKnowledge of steel grades, and behaviour of steel when formingMust be local or willing to get accommodation for duration of contract
