This role will take Overall responsibility for all production activities. Watch over the production process and come up with a production schedule. Identify improvement projects, get approval & execute the same.Location: Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, East LondonResponsibilities:Ensure production is cost-effective.Supervise production processes and regulate schedules as needed.Evaluate the performance of subordinates.Implement organizational goals and policies alongside managers.Establish and enforce health and safety guidelines.Ensure services and goods are produced efficiently, maintaining appropriate quantity, quality, and pricing.Ensure customer satisfaction and timely production of goods.Direct responsibility for controlling annual plant budgets.Direct responsibility for personnel, facility, and equipment safety.Ensure adherence to local laws, including labor, fire, explosives, safety, and electrical installation regulations.Implement safety systems in the plant area.Achieve targeted yields, minimize losses, and optimize usage factors for ingredients and utilities.Required Skills:B.
