As a Group Account Director your primary responsibility is to easily lead and drive the operational and delivery aspects while maintaining solid relationship with clients. Skills Required: A M&C Group Account Director must possess the following skills in order to succeed. To lead the marketing and communication team (Brand, creative, social and media) to champion and drive new customer centric approach and business growth. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide advice and strategic direction to client to meet marketing and communications objectives. He or She must hold a partnership relationship with the Creative Director on the business and actively seek to support the development of remarkable work. The Group Account Director needs to have the ability to lead all communication strategy development with the input from the Strategy team and Business Director. Drives integration and interdependence across all capabilities to deliver high-standard integrated communication solutions. He or She must manage and optimize the annual client budget to maximize ROI. In the role, you are expected take the overall responsibility for the development and management of the communications streams of work. Experience Required: 5 years’ proven experience as a Group Account Director with a track record in brand, digital, social - and data-driven marketing projects. An in-depth understanding of the key departments, processes and structure within an advertising agency Experience with working with senior clients across multiple stakeholders.
