Support ConsultantDepartment: Professional ServicesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SA | JohannesburgDescriptionThe Support Consultant is responsible for assisting and supporting the partner engaging with the customer and supporting the end-user.Key ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible to support resellers and end-users with regards to product-related queries and to provide a reporting channel for programme errors.BenefitsQualifications and Experience:Senior Certificate or NQF4 equivalent.A tertiary qualification and/or Industry Certification with an IT technical base will be advantageous.Knowledge:At least 2-3 years SYSPRO product experience.Very good Microsoft SQL skillsVery good IT Technical with SYSPRO infrastructure experience.
