Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Manage and oversee the company's accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning and filing.Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audits.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and business decisionsQualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification.Minimum of 2 years of post-articles experience in a financial accounting role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Apply Now!
