You will be instrumental in maintaining the values that underscore our dedication to excellence in all aspects of our industry.If you are prepared to advance your career and seek a company that upholds the highest standards of technical integrity, please send your detailed resume to Kate@salixrecruitment.co.zaDuties: Maintain a working knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for certification of technical gambling systemsStay updated on new/changed regulations and communicate such changes to internal stakeholders promptlyAnalyze compliance requirements for various online gambling jurisdictionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge source for regulated market requirementsProvide guidance on the interpretation of regulationsAdvise senior management on recommended approaches to certification processes and testing in operational marketsAssume ownership over the development and workflow of work programs for new market certification testingEnhance the quality and versions of work programs used by compliance auditors for multiple jurisdictionsDraft and maintain template reports and certificates for compliance auditors' useConduct peer reviews and quality assurance functions for various documentsEnhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing methodology for new markets and across regulated marketsDevelop audit methodology and formal audit process documentation for regulatory compliance audits in new marketsImprove audit methodology and documentation for regulatory compliance audits in current markets.Train staff on audit methodology and formal audit processesConduct regularchecks on regulated market updates and incorporate changes into audit methodology and processesManage technical queries associated with compliance requirements and communicate relevant information to staffAssist in training new joiners to RCS regarding audit methodologies and jurisdictional requirementsImplement efficiencies in M-files to streamline the reporting process for RCS members  Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)BCom Accounting / BCom Financial Accounting / BCom Informatics Experience: 2 years' IT/internal audit experience gained at an auditing firmHigh-level understanding of legal and regulatory requirements Skills & Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenKeen attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in MS Office suiteStrong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
