Who are we: A biotech company combining medicine, science and technology to create innovative products and services.We are we looking for: A Marketing Coordinator with a strong digital background and an understanding of Bioscience.What will you do: Assist in establishing a digital marketing strategy, including social media, aligned with the overall marketingstrategy for each product/serviceWork closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drivebrand awareness and generate leadsEnsure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media,digital and all other marketing elementsMaintenance of the websitesSearch Engine Optimisation (SEO)Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Paid Search and Display Network Campaigns)Google My Business (Localisation)Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to determine thesuccess of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company’s digital marketingefforts and return on investmentContinually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) togenerate quality leads and drive conversionsOversee digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parametersIdentify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficialto the companyEnsure that the company and its products/services remains at the forefront of digital advertising byconducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learningsDevelop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall company's marketing strategy and campaign briefOrganise events including booking, management of the event and logisticsDistributing relevant marketing materials and promotional items to consultants and doctors countrywideWhat will you need: Relevant Bachelor's Degree/Diploma: B Com in Marketing/ Communications, Business Science with Honours in Marketing or similar degreeExperience: 3- 4 years marketing/ industry experience in a similar role (experience in the Healthcare industry would be advantageous)Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPointKnowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) as well as Facebook Ad ManagerExperience with HootsuiteExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to be proactive and take initiativeAn ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasksAbility to demonstrate attention to detail
