Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our water treatment and effluent treatment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of water and effluent treatment projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring all deliverables are met within established parameters. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance. Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying and addressing any cost overruns promptly. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that water treatment and effluent treatment processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest level of project quality. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues that may arise during the course of the project to prevent delays and cost overruns. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all project activities. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for project teams. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure effective commercial management of projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the water treatment industry, with specific expertise in effluent treatment projects. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing water treatment and environmental protection. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
