Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinating and planning of all sea import shipments and road freight to DRC.Planning loads and maximizing truck capacity.Tracking all shipments and reporting accordingly.Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of RFQ.Ensuring all payments to LSP are done 15 days upon receipt of full documents.Managing transporters/LSP compliance with insurance requirements.Requesting and checking all new supplier required documents.Ensuring all documents for all shipments are uploaded and saved on SharePoint and hard copies kept where necessary.Completing processing of contracts until signed by both parties.Timely and efficient resolution of all queries.Timely and efficient response time.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: At least a college education background, additional qualification of supply chain will be preferred.Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in the logistics field will be preferred.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in data analysis for planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
