Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate findings. Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Analyse and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Perform gap analysis to identify areas where technology solutions can address business needs. Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, participating in vendor demonstrations and assessments. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the construction industry or in similar filed, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business challenges effectively. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience with software applications used in the construction industry (e.g., project management software, ERP system) is desirable.
