Our client in the Property Sector has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Risk Executive who has exceptional influence and People Skills. In this role: You will be part of the team setting up structures on policies and risk procedures Need to demonstrate your experience and understanding of the credit risk life cycle, principles and financial statements in the commercial, property, finance lending, collateral and collection processes Qualifications and experiences 8+ years in a Credit Risk Management role in the Commercial Property Finance, Development Finance and/or Financial Services sector A relevant Degree in Banking, Credit Management, Commerce, Risk Management or similar A CFA and/or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) and ACCA/ACIB certification are preferred. 5 years of staff management experience Key Performance areas: Strategy design and implementation Operations management Policies, Procedures and Systems Management Credit Risk Management Portfolio Compliance Management Financial Management Staff Management Stakeholder Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
