Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders, teams in the new processes, mindsets, adapt Agile frameworks to organisation, standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.
