Nedbank Client Service Consultant Job Description Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Job Classification : Job Family: Sales and Services Career Stream: Call Centre (Service) Leadership Pipeline: Manage Self – Technical Job Purpose: As a Nedbank Client Service Consultant, your role is to provide professional and efficient call services to enhance the client experience for Nedbank clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and building lasting client relationships. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to the daily schedule to meet targets and follow the work plan. Uphold Nedbank’s core values, including honesty, integrity, accountability, and respect when interacting with clients and colleagues. Escalate unresolved queries by logging them into the system. Aim to answer 90% of calls within 60 seconds according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Promote Nedbank’s products to clients to meet monthly lead targets. Ensure accurate call logging to prevent business losses. Contribute to Nedbank’s transformation goals and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Identify and recommend opportunities for process, system, and policy enhancements. Stay informed about industry changes and legislation affecting your role. Embrace Nedbank’s vision and demonstrate its values in your interactions. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge by identifying training opportunities. Share knowledge with your team and stakeholders to provide accurate information. Understand client queries by summarizing key points raised. Provide regular feedback to management and stakeholders.
