The DO MORE FOUNDATION , founded by RCL FOODS, is an independent non-profit organisation in South Africa that aims to improve the lives of young children and their communities. They unite public, private, and non-governmental sectors towards this goal with a network of over 260 partners. Our Talent Team is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Early Childhood Development Manager: Projects within the DO MORE FOUNDATION . The role will be based in Gauteng and provide support to the communities of Gauteng, North West and Mpumalanga. The position will report to the Program Lead: Young Child Portfolio. The Assistant ECD Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the DO MORE FOUNDATION’s ‘Everyone Gets to Play’ model in 3 provinces. This includes: Managing the outputs, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and reporting of Implementing Partners and other service providers; Multi-sector stakeholder management including business, government, and civil society; Scoping, analysing, and planning for expansion within existing and into new areas; Managing the provision of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning data; Communicating insights and informing the broader portfolio strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
