Our client is seeking a seasoned Development Manager to join their innovative team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage IT Systems Development tasks effectively and drive the team towards success. Key Responsibilities:Define and maintain an application software roadmap.Develop innovative solutions through complex information analysis.Engage with stakeholders and manage their needs.Lead and direct the development team towards achieving business goals.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.Implement necessary information security measures.Qualifications:Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited (Essential).Recognized IT degree / diploma (Advantageous).6+ years of relevant System Development experience.3-6 years of managerial experience in resource planning and management.Skills and Experience:Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis, application development, and project management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage performance and develop team capabilities.Please note:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
