Senior Civil Engineer Reference: CPT000417-CB-1We require a Senior Civil Engineer in the West Rand area for a Consulting Firm.Minimum RequirementsGrade 1210 years + relevant experience in engineeringBTech or BSc ERegistration with ECSA as a Professional EngineerUnderstanding of GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCCDuties & ResponsibilitiesSigning off designs and or drawings as a responsible professional engineerClient liaisonManage and direct multiple design teamsDeveloping Scope of Work for projectsCollaborate with consultants/specialists in major technical support areasEstablish design tools, softwareSchedule, coordinate and participate in engineering design reviewsParticipate in staff developmentEnsure that Quality Assurance policies are appliedMonitoring teams and contractor’s representatives during the construction phaseManage the preparation of technical reports, designs, cost estimates, procurement documentationAttend site visits/meetingsPLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
