We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Invoice Clerk to play a critical role in our financial department.Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process invoices for vehicle sales and services Cross-check invoices against purchase orders and sales records for accuracy Facilitate communication between the Sales and Accounting departments Generate monthly billing statements and reports Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing and payment Perform data entry tasks for accounting and financial transactions Maintain a well-organized filing system for all financial documents Assist in ad-hoc accounting tasks and internal audits as required Minimum of a High School diploma, further education in accounting or finance is a plusAt least 2 years of experience in an invoicing, billing, or clerical roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelBasic knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SageExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in South AfricaAt AUTO24, we believe in nurturing talent, encouraging professional growth, and offering an inclusive work environment.
