Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Financial Administration Clerk to join our team for a junior position The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, processing and invoicing repairs, maintaining sales order reports, and handling amendment requests from Takealot, overall to support the sales department. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Order Management: Amend and release sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all sales orders are correctly documented and updated in the system. Repairs Department Orders: Process, release, and invoice orders from the Repairs Department. Coordinate with the Repairs Department to ensure seamless order processing. Sales Order Reports: Maintain and update Sales Order-based reports regularly. Generate periodic reports to provide insights and data for decision-making. Takealot Amendment Requests: Action and manage amendment requests from Takealot efficiently. Ensure all amendments are accurately processed and documented. Additional duties will include the below: Reviewing applications and loading accounts Applying for insurance Maintaining client and insurance-based reports Loading and updating stores and system information Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Matric Certificate (essential). Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field (advantageous). Skills and Abilities: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (moderate level). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Requirements: Reliable transport to commute to and from the workplace.
