Job Description: Agent KPI capturing, performance capturing and Reporting.Organize and plan daily output tasks and schedules to ensure staff requirements are met in terms of capacity.Production planning to match expected output. Time and attendance monitoring and capturing and leave register management.Create daily and monthly operational reports and share to key members.General office administration.Constantly monitor and propose effective shift patterns to determine staff requirements, agent capacity and minimum requirements to cover operation planning for the day.End of day results capturing and measurement to identify key focus areas.Must be able to work independently and able to problem solve.Ability to work with various stakeholders.Job Requirements: NQF Level 5: (240 credits) Industrial Engineering or Operations ManagementMinimum of 4 years working experience preferably in Supply Chain Planning/ Production/ Operations Planning, working in a team and influencing others.Automotive, manufacturing / production industry experience would be advantage,Microsoft OfficeStrong Excel SkillsStrong Reporting skills and information capturing.(Kindly note this is a 12-month contract)
